We have given the following fraction:

(1)/(16)

And we want to convert this into a decimal with two places of rounding

We cn multiply numerator and denominator on this case by 625 in order to have 10000 for the denominator :

(1)/(16)\cdot(625)/(625)

After we do this we got:

(625)/(10000)

And then is easy to conver this into a fraction we just need to move the decimal place 4 units to the left of 625 and we got:

(625)/(10000)=\text{ 0.0625}

And that would be our final answer
