We have to find the actual height of Caleb.

We know the model height (in the photograph) and the actual height of Allison, so we can use it to calculate the scale k as:

k=(Actual)/(Model)=\frac{60\text{ }in}{4\text{ }cm}

We can use this scale to find the actual height of Caleb.

If he is s3.2 cm tall in the photograph, we have:

\begin{gathered} k=(Actual)/(Model) \\ \\ Actual=k\cdot Model \\ \\ Actual=(\frac{60\text{ }in}{4\text{ }cm})\cdot3.2\text{ }cm \\ \\ Actual=48\text{ }in \end{gathered}

Answer: the actual height of Caleb is 48 inches.
