We will determine te ordered pairs that are solution as follows:

*First pair (5, 1):

\begin{cases}-4(5)+(1)=19 \\ 2(5)+5(1)=7\end{cases}\Rightarrow\begin{cases}-19\\e19 \\ 15\\e7\end{cases}

So, the first pair is not a solution.

*Now, we test (-4, 3):

\begin{cases}-4(-4)+(3)=19 \\ 2(-4)+5(3)=7\end{cases}\Rightarrow\begin{cases}19=19 \\ 7=7\end{cases}

So, the pair (-4, 3) is solution of the system.
