Frank's Pizzeria had a grand opening! Frank wants to determine how much a profit or loss they had for the first month of opening. The first week they earned $1,500 in pizza sales. The second week they earned $1,200 in pizza sales. The third week they earned $800 in pizza sales and the fourth week, they earned $1,420 in pizza sales. However, Frank's Pizzeria needs to spend $759 per week for supplies such as dough, cheese, and plates. Based on this information, how much is Frank's Pizzaria's profit or loss?

Four weeks ago Frank's Pizzeria opened

They spend $759 per week

Then

4*759=3036

is the amount they spent

For the earnigs we are goin to sum the earning of each week:

1500+1200+800+1420=4920

To see their profit we subtract form the earnings the amount they spent:

4920-3036=1884

Answer: Frank's Pizzaria's profit was of $1884
