Given:

h(x)=(1)/(3)((1)/(3))^x+8

Find the value is h(-5)

Sol:

h(x)=(1)/(3)((1)/(3))^x+8

h(-5) value at x = -5 so,

\begin{gathered} h(x)=(1)/(3)((1)/(3))^x+8 \\ \\ h(-5)=(1)/(3)((1)/(3))^(-5)+8 \\ \\ h(-5)=((1)/(3))^(-4)+8 \\ \\ h(-5)=81+8 \\ \\ h(-5)=89 \end{gathered}

So, the value is 89.
