60 plain pizzas last week

42 fewer pizzas this week

Number of pizzas sold this week = 60 - 42 = 18

60 ------------------------- 100

18 ------------------------ x

x = (18 x 100)/60

x = 1800/60

x = 30%

The percent change will be 100 - 30 = 70%
