5/3 x + 4 = 2/3 x

First, subtract 5/3x from both sides of the equation:

5/3 x + 4-5/3x = 2/3 x-5/3x

4 = -x

Multiply both sides by -1:

(-1)4 = (-1)-x

-4 = x

So:

x=-4
