If each amount shown is used to created four servings, in order to find the necessary amount of each ingredient to make 10 servings, we can use the rule of three for each ingredient:

\begin{gathered} 4\text{ servings}\to1\text{ 3/4 cups of cheese} \\ 10\text{ servings}\to x\text{ cups of cheese} \\ \\ (4)/(10)=(1(3)/(4))/(x) \\ (4)/(10)=((7)/(4))/(x) \\ 4x=(70)/(4) \\ x=(70)/(16)=(35)/(8)=4(3)/(8) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 4\text{ servings}\to(2)/(3)\text{cups of milk} \\ 10\text{ servings}\to x\text{ cups of milk} \\ \\ (4)/(10)=((2)/(3))/(x) \\ 4x=(20)/(3) \\ x=(20)/(12)=(10)/(6)=(5)/(3)=1(2)/(3) \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 4\text{ servings}\to2(1)/(2)\text{ cups of pasta} \\ 10\text{ servings}\to x\text{ cups of pasta} \\ \\ (4)/(10)=(2(1)/(2))/(x) \\ (4)/(10)=((5)/(2))/(x) \\ 4x=(50)/(2) \\ x=(50)/(8)=(25)/(4)=6(1)/(4) \end{gathered}

So the amount of each ingredient is 4 3/8 cups of cheese, 1 2/3 cups of milk and 6 1/4 cups of pasta.
