1) We say that:

a. It's a strong acid dissociation.

We can notice that because we have a simple arrow (=>), and it indicates that there is no ionic equilibrium. It means it is all dissociated.

b. Something important here is that we have many definitions for acid and base, I mean we have theories like Arrhenius, Brønsted-Lowry, and Lewis.
