The general equation of the line is

y=mx+b

where m is the slope and b the initial point

we can replace the slope 11/12 and the point (60,7)

(7)=(11)/(12)(60)+b

and solve for b

\begin{gathered} 7-(11)/(12)*60=b \\ \\ b=7-55 \\ b=-48 \end{gathered}

now, we have the slope and the initial pint, now replace on the general equation and obtain the equation

y=(11)/(12)x-48
