The all possible dimensions of the floor can be obtained with the help of the factors of 36

36 = 1 * 36

36 = 2 * 18

36 = 3 * 12

36 = 4 * 9

36 = 6 * 6

====================================================

in case of 24 square feet:

24 = 1 * 24

24 = 2 * 12

24 = 3 * 8

24 = 4 * 6
