The first thing we mues do is change the annual salary to the monthly salary, sivising by 12, like this:


(49400)/(12)=4116.66

now, multiply by the corresponding percentage:


4116.66\cdot0.35=1440.83

therefore, Michelle pay $1440.83 to the agency
