To find:

The probability of a person running a red light.

Solution:

The number of persons who ran a red light is 207 and who did not run a red light is 457.

The total number of persons in the survey are 207 + 457 = 664.

So, the probabilty of getting a person who ran a red light is:

\begin{gathered} P(R)=(207)/(664) \\ \approx0.31 \end{gathered}

Thus, the answer is 0.31.
