Which explains the high precipitation levels in areas near the equator? The equator has very little wind, which causes rain-filled clouds to remain still for longer periods of timeAt the equator, warmer conditions create an increase in evaporation. Evaporation leads to more precipitationThe equator has stronger winds that can cause clouds filled with precipitation to burst, resulting in precipitationAt the equator, warmer conditions create a decrease in evaporation. Less evaporation leads to more precipitation

The reason why this happens is that, at the equator, temperature conditions that generate high rates of evaporation of the water produce a considerable amount of vapor of water that reaches the clouds and then gets down again in form of rain. So the correct answer for this question is the second one, "At the equator, warmer conditions create an increase in evaporation. Evaporation leads to more precipitation"
