Given:


f(x)=-6x^2+5

If x=-2,


\begin{gathered} f(-2)=-6(-2)^2+5 \\ f(-2)=-6(4)+5 \\ f(-2)=-24+5 \\ f(-2)=-19 \end{gathered}

If x=0,


\begin{gathered} f(0)=-6(0)^2+5 \\ f(0)=0+5 \\ f(0)=5 \end{gathered}

Range of the function is:


\mleft\lbrace y|y\in\mathfrak{\Re },y\le5\mright\rbrace
