The answer is C, assuming your equation is
63 = 8+(55)/(4)h and not
63 = 8+(55)/(4h).

You have to first cancel the 8 with subtraction and then cancel the multiplication of
(55)/(4) by multiplying by its reciprocal,
(4)/(55).
