The required distance is given by


\begin{gathered} d=\frac{0*4+0*3-0}{\sqrt[]{4^2+3^2}} \\ =\frac{0}{\sqrt[]{4^2+3^2}} \\ =0 \end{gathered}

So d=0 is the correct answer.
