Solution:

Given the graph;


C=(3,-2),r=√(26)

The equation of a circle is;


\begin{gathered} (x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2 \\ \\ h=3,k=-2 \\ \end{gathered}

Thus;


(x-3)^2+(y+2)^2=26
