The distributive properties says;


a(b+c)=a(b)+a(c)

Thus, the expression above becomes;


\begin{gathered} 4(7+x)=4(7)+4(x) \\ 4(7+x)=28+4x \end{gathered}

CORRECT ANSWER: 28 + 4x
