We will determine the velocities as follows:

hot day:

V_(hot)=331+0.59(40)\Rightarrow V_(hot)=354.6m/s

Cold day:

V_(cold)=331+0.59(-40)\Rightarrow V_(cold)=307.4m/s

So, in the hottest day the speed of sound will be moving 47.2 m/s faster than in the coldest day.
