The equation of the line graphed can be calculated chosen two points of the line

(0,3)=(x1,y1)

(2,6)=(x2,y2)

we need to find the slope m

m=(6-3)/(2-0)=(3)/(2)

the equation of the line graph is

y=(3)/(2)x+3

The second equation

m=(-7-2)/(-4-2)=(-9)/(-6)=(3)/(2)

the second equation is

y=(3)/(2)x-1

As we can see the lines are parallels because they have the same slope so the system has no solutions
