(0.72)/(0.8)=(0.72)/(0.8)\cdot(100)/(100)=(0.72\cdot100)/(0.8\cdot100)=(72)/(80)
(0.72)/(0.8)=(0.72)/(0.8)\cdot(10)/(10)=(7.2)/(8)
(0.72)/(0.8)=((0.72)/(10))/((0.8)/(10))=(0.072)/(0.08)

Then, choices 2 and 4 are correct
