Can you please help me solve?A sign in a freight elevator states that the maximum capacity of the elevator is 2,500 pounds. Use the average weight of a box as 75 pounds and the average weight of a crate as 160 pounds to complete the following parts.Part DIf there are no boxes on the elevator, what is the maximum number of average-weight crates that can be on the elevator given its maximum capacity? Please explain the answer.

Because there are no boxes on the elevator, the maximum number of crate that can be on it will be the number which, when multiplicated by the average weight of a crate is equal to the maximum capacity of the elevator, which is 2,500 pounds in the present case.

From this, we are able to write as follows:

\begin{gathered} N*160=2,500 \\ N=(2,500)/(160) \\ N=15.625 \end{gathered}

Where N stands for the maximum number of crates in the elevator.

But, because the number of crates can only be integer numbers, we will round it to N = 15, because 16 would already be over the maximum weight for the elevator.
