To find how much the pay increase per hour you compare the value in y-axis when the number of hours is 1 with the value in y-axis when the number of hours is 0

When the number of hous is 0 the pay is $20

When the number of hous is 1 the pay is $80

80-20=60

As the difference is $60. The pay increase $60 for each hour worked

To find the slope you use the next formula:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

Use two point in the line:

(1,80)

(3,200)
