We have the next equation

5\sqrt[]{z+7}=\sqrt[]{10-z}

First we need to square both sides

(5√(z+7))^2=(\sqrt[]{10-z})^2

we simplify

5^2(z+7)=10-z

25(z+7)=10-z
25z+175=10-z

Then we need sum like terms

25z+z=-175+10

26z=-165

Then we isolate the z

z=-(165)/(26)
