(a)

\begin{gathered} f(x)+3h(x)+x^2 \\ at\text{ x=0} \end{gathered}

then:

=f(0)+3h(0)+0^2

the value of f(0) is 4 and h(0) is -1.

\begin{gathered} =4+3(-1)+0^2 \\ =4-3+0 \\ =1 \end{gathered}

(b)

\begin{gathered} (f(x)h(x))/(g(x))-(2)/(x) \\ at\text{ x=1} \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} =(f(1)h(1))/(g(1))-(2)/(1) \\ =(0*2)/(4)-2 \\ =0-2 \\ =-2 \end{gathered}
