Start finding the slope of the line

\begin{gathered} m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ \text{then,} \\ m=(5-4)/(3-(-2)) \\ k=(1)/(5) \end{gathered}

using one of the points find the intercept and the standard form

\begin{gathered} (-2,4) \\ 4=(1)/(5)(-2)+b \\ b=4+(2)/(5) \\ b=4.4 \end{gathered}

the equation of the line is

y=(1)/(5)x+4.4
