The given expression is :

6.91*10^(-5)

in to decimal form :

\begin{gathered} 6.91*10^(-5) \\ 6.91*10^(-5)=(6.91)/(10^5) \\ 6.91*10^(-5)=(6.91)/(100000) \\ \text{ Remove the decimal from numerator :} \\ 6.91*10^(-5)=(691)/(100000*100) \\ \text{Now place the }decimal\text{ 7 places }left\text{ to the numerator :} \\ 6.91*10^(-5)=0.0000691 \end{gathered}

Answer : 0.0000691
