\begin{gathered} m\angle1\text{ = 580} \\ m\angle2=320\text{ } \\ s\text{ um of both angles = }m\angle1\text{ + }m\angle2 \\ s\text{ um of both angles = 580 + 320 = 900} \end{gathered}

Using law of detachment:
