The midpoint of segement joining point (a,b) and (c,d) is,

(x,y)=((a+c)/(2),(b+d)/(2))

Determine the midpoint for line PQ.

\begin{gathered} (x,y)=((-2+10)/(2),(3+7)/(2)) \\ =((8)/(2),(10)/(2)) \\ =(4,5) \end{gathered}

So answer is (4,5).
