SOLUTION:

Let "x" be the number of degrees needed for the temperature to be increased to reach 0°

So we now have,


\begin{gathered} -37^0\text{ + x = 0} \\ x\text{ = 0 + 37} \\ x=37^0 \end{gathered}

For the temperature to be increased to reach 0° Fahrenheit, 37° Fahrenheit is what is needed.
