The sum of the frequency = 6+7+4+7+6+10=40

The number of times 3 occurred is = 4

Therefore the probability it will land on 3

\begin{gathered} \frac{number\text{ of times 3 occurred}}{\text{total frequency}} \\ =(4)/(40) \\ =(1)/(10) \end{gathered}
