\begin{gathered} 3(2x+6)-2=-2(-3x-4)-3 \\ (3\cdot2x)+(3\cdot6)-2=(-2)(-3x)+(-2)(-4)-3 \\ 6x+18-2=6x+8-3 \\ 6x+16=6x+5 \\ 6x-6x=5-16 \\ 0=-11 \end{gathered}

Since 0 is not equal to -11, there's no value of x that satisfy the equation
