As shown on the graph:

y-intercept is the value of y at which x = 0

so, from the graph when x = 0 , y = -3

To find the slope use two points to calculate it

Using the points (0 , -3) and ( 4 , 4 )

the slope = Rise/Run

Rise = 4 - (-3) = 4 + 3 = 7

Run = 4 - 0 = 4

so, the slope = 7/4

The slope intercept form of the line is y = mx + c

Where m is the slope and c is y-intercept

Slope = m = (7/4)

y-intercept = c = -3

So,

y = (7/4) x - 3
