The given set of equations are,

\begin{gathered} y=x+4\ldots..(1) \\ y=(3)/(2)x+10\ldots..(2) \end{gathered}

Substituting the value of y from equation 1 in 2, we get,

\begin{gathered} x+4=(3)/(2)x+10 \\ 2x+8=3x+20 \\ 2x-3x=20-8 \\ -x=12 \\ x=-12 \end{gathered}

Now, substituting the value of x in equation 1. we get,

y=-12+4=-8

First option is correct
