Given the function:

y=(6)/(5)x+1

This is a linear function, to graph it you need two points.

Let the y-intersect be one of them, you know that when x=0, y=1 → (0,1)

For the second point select any value of x and replece it in the formula, for example:

x=4

\begin{gathered} y=(6)/(5)x+1 \\ y=(6)/(5)\cdot4+1 \\ y=(29)/(5)=5.8 \end{gathered}

The second point is (4,5.8)

Draw both and link them with a line:
