The formula to obtain the volume of a cylinder of radius r and height h is given below

V_{\text{cylinder}}=r^2\pi h

We can obtain the areas of both cylinders by using that formula

\begin{gathered} V_A=\pi(3.5)^2(8.5)=327.118\ldots \\ V_B=\pi(2.7)^2(11)=251.924\ldots \\ \Rightarrow V_A>V_B \end{gathered}

Therefore, the answer is cylinder A
