A function is a relation where each input has only one output, which means each x-value has only one y-value, then in the options, we need to find one where the x-values are not repeated.

The coordinate pair is (x-value, y-value), therefore, the only option with different x-values in all the pairs is the last one:

D. {(-2,-3), (-3,-2), (2,3), (3,2)}
