\begin{gathered} (x1,y1)=(3,6) \\ (x2,y2)=(-2,-19) \\ \text{the slope m is:} \\ m=(-19-6)/(-2-3)=(-25)/(-5)=5 \end{gathered}

Using the point-slope equation:


\begin{gathered} y-y1=m(x-x1) \\ y-6=5(x-3) \\ y-6=5x-15 \\ y=5x-9 \end{gathered}
