You have an inequality with the symbol > that means that the number before the symbol is greather than the number after the symbol.

Then, 6 is greather than -6.

In a number line the numbers go from left to right, from lowest to highest.

Then, the number that appears farther left on a number line is -6 because is smaller tan 6 (option B)
