Given:

Emma has 100 notebooks.

She used 20 % of them that means,

\begin{gathered} 20\text{ percent of 100} \\ (20)/(100)*100=20\text{ notebooks} \end{gathered}

Remaining books are,

100-20=80\text{ notebooks}

Jean had 10% more than that of Emma's remaining notebooks .

10 % of 80 is,

(10)/(100)*80=8\text{ notebooks}

The number of jean have is,

80+8=88\text{ notebooks}

Answer:

Jean have 88 notebooks
