Take into account that the probability of getting some of the marbles with a specific color, is given by the quotient in between the number of marbles of such a color, over the total number of marbles:

P = probability to get a red marble = number of red marbles/total number of marbles

number of red marbles = 32

total number of marbles = 30 + 23 + 32 + 15 = 100

then, you have:

P = 32/100

P = 0.32

Hence, the probability of getting a red marble is 0.32 or 32%
