Explain what the placebo effect is, and how you might design an experiment (for example, a drug test) to avoid having your results influenced by it.

The placebo effect is an event where there is a sense of help when given with a replica of idle effect on a treatment of a certain illness. To describe this, one can administer a replica of the same medicine prescribed which is being taken as a maintenance for migraine. Everytime there will be an attack, if this said medicine is taken, there will be an effect similar to what is being provided by the drug administered for the relief of migraine. This is so because the system is already accustomed to feel the same effect as the original prescription. Placebo is administered in order to verify the validity of a certain treatment.
