Ok we can writue the equation of the second point and replace x=18 and the solution must be -8, if isnt the solution the line doesnt pass through the point

calculate the parallel line to second point

the slope is -2/3

we replace on the general equation of the line and replace the point C(3,2)

\begin{gathered} y=-(2)/(3)x+b \\ (2)=-(2)/(3)(3)+b \end{gathered}

and solve for b

\begin{gathered} 2=-2+b \\ b=2+2 \\ b=4 \end{gathered}

the parallel line on the second point is

y=-(2)/(3)x+4

Third point

replace x=18

\begin{gathered} y=-(2)/(3)(18)+4 \\ y=-12+4 \\ y=-8 \end{gathered}

so this graph has the point (18,-8), then the line pass through E
