The parts of a boxplot are

The interquartile range is

\begin{gathered} \text{IQR}=Q_3-Q_1 \\ \text{ Where IQR is Interquartile range} \\ Q_3\text{ is the third quartile and} \\ Q_1\text{ is the first quartile} \end{gathered}

So,

\begin{gathered} IQR_{\text{Team B}}=90-78=12 \\ IQR_{\text{Team C}}=86-70=16 \end{gathered}

Therefore, team C is the one with the highest interquartile range.

On the other hand, you can see in the graph that the team that has the first lower quartile is team C since its first quartile is at 70 while that of team B is at 78.

Finally, you can see from the graph that the team with the highest median is team B because its median is 86 while the median of team C is 82.
