The volume of a rectangular prism is given by:


\begin{gathered} V=w\cdot l\cdot h \\ \text{where:} \\ V=\text{Volume}=108^{} \\ w=\text{width}=6 \\ l=\text{length}=2 \\ h=\text{height} \\ ----- \\ \text{solving for h:} \\ h=(V)/(w\cdot l) \\ h=(108)/(2\cdot6)=(108)/(12)=9in \end{gathered}
