Let's call t television ad cost, r radio ad cost, n newspaper ad cost.

We know that the budget is $30,000, this is a restriction that can be represented with an inequality.

1,000t+200r+500n\leq30,000

Since television ad costs 1,000, radio ads cost 200, and newspaper ads cost 500.

But, they want to run 60 ads per month. Where radio ads equal television ads and newspaper ads combined. So, the other expressions are

\begin{gathered} t+r+n=60 \\ r=t+n \end{gathered}

Therefore, all the expressions that represent this problem are

\begin{gathered} 1,000t+200r+500n\leq30,000 \\ t+r+n=60 \\ r=t+n \end{gathered}
