Equation of a line is y = mx +c

m = slope

c = y - intercept =3

\text{Slope =}(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)
\begin{gathered} y_1=\text{ -2} \\ y_2=3 \\ x_1=-1 \\ x_2=0 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} m\text{ =}(3-(-2))/(0-(-1)) \\ m\text{ = }(3+2)/(1) \\ m\text{ = 5} \end{gathered}

The required equation then is

y = 5x +3
