calculatewe have the next equation of the parabola


y=-x^2+6x-5
y=ax2+bx+c.

a=-1

b=6

c=-5

then we need to calculated the vertice using the next formula

coordinate x


x=(-b)/(2a)
x=(-6)/(2(-1))=(-6)/(-2)=3

for the coordinate y

y=-x^2 + 6x - 5=-(3)^2+6(3)-5=4

the coordinate of the vertice is (3,4)
