From Newton's Law of gravitation, the gravitational force between two objects is proportional to the product of the mass of the objects and inversely proportional to the square of the distance between the objects.

Thus from the above statement, as the distance between the objects increases the force between the objects decreases and as distance decreases, the gravitational force between the objects increases.

Therefore the first statement is true.

From Newton's gravitational law, it is clear that if the mass of the object increases the gravitational force also increases.

Thus the second statement is true.

From Newton's third law, for every action, there is always an equal and opposite reaction. That is, even if the mass of the objects is different, the force exerted by one of the masses is equal to the force exerted by the other mass but it will be in the opposite direction.

Thus, the last statement is false.
